Service of Prayer and Peace – An Ecumenical Lenten Gathering You are warmly invited to a Service of Prayer and Peace on Wednesday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s United Church in Carp. This special Lenten service is a collaboration between St. Paul’s United Church, Dunrobin United Church, and the Anglican Parish of Huntley, bringing our neighbouring congregations together in a shared time of prayer and reflection. The service will include scripture readings, hymns, short reflections, and prayers for peace in our world, our communities, and our own lives. A candle-lighting time of prayer will offer a quiet moment to lift up hopes, concerns, and loved ones before God. In this season of Lent — and in the stillness of winter — we gather seeking the warmth of community, the comfort of prayer, and the peace that Christ offers to all.
